In 2018 the 29-year-old Tunisian engineer layed the foundation for the group: Hachem Chaabane, who grew up in Nebeur, a small town in northern Tunisia and graduated in 2012 from the ENIT, the first engineering school of Tunisia and one of the oldest in Africa. 

After several years of experience in Tunisia and Germany, Hachem's strive for fullfilling a bigger purpose in the world led him to pursuing his academic studies. With a master in management from the Technical University of Munich, Hachem combined his wide international experience with a deep academic knowledge in managment and economics.

Having planned to move to the economic and managerial consultancy from the beginning, the five-language-speaking engineer noticed by coincidence a big weakness in the education of the arabic language for adults. Therefore he postponed all his previous plans and decided to act for the purpose of his mother language and improve its teaching methods: In 2019 the Aladin-institute started operating. After barely few months, it created an unpreceedable dynamic in arabic education all over Germany. Since then, Mr Chaabane has been dreaming of making of the institution "the arabic Goethe-Institute". So far, the Aladin-Institute has been completely revolutionizing the field of teaching arabic for adults, providing not only structured and communicative arabic courses for adults but also a wide range of related products and services to offer arabic learners a special experience and a deeper understanding of both language and culture. The leading institute is offering for instance regular language trips to arabic countries, high-level german-arabic intercultural trainings and modern arabic textbooks and learning materials.

In 2021 given the new global tough circumstances, the group expanded its activities to support businesses and goverments on creating more prosperity and growth. Starting with advising small companies and institutions in Germany and Tunisia, the HM INTERNATIONAL GROUP is now working side by side with international partners and clients to enable them establish and implement their strategies.
